Shirley has been teaching classical ballet class and Kylian repertoire for companies and schools such as NDT I and II, Gothenborg Ballet, National Ballet of Norway, Royal Conservatory of the Hague.

Heidi incorporates her experience from working with William Forsythe into her teachings of ballet class and movement research. She is a certified gyrotonics instructor.
